In November our client Polina Ignatieva (Head of Digital & CRM at Renault Russia) presented at the Digital Silicon-Free conference in Moscow. She spoke about lead generation processes in Renault. Part of the process was IgnitionOne’s Site Optimisation solution.
For 2013 the top prediction is an increase in mobile screens and m-commerce, specifically tablets. We expect another boost in the number of people viewing websites on a tablet after Christmas – last year we saw an increase of 20% after the holidays!
